Captain Fyodor Volkonogov serves in law enforcement. He is in good standing with the management, his colleagues respect him. But one day life changes dramatically - the captain is declared a criminal. He manages to escape before being arrested. Overnight, he turns into an outcast who is sought after by his former colleagues throughout the city.
