Royal Quest is the first New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) show that the promotion has produced independently in the United Kingdom. The show took place on August 31, 2019, at Copper Box Arena in London, England at the Copper Box Arena. Wrestlers from Revolution Pro Wrestling (RPW) also appear at the event. The event is headlined by Kazuchika Okada vs. Minoru Suzuki for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship.

This time, it will be held as a two night event, which we will likely see a defense of the IWGP Intercontinental Championship and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. The first Night will take place on May 3 and the second Night will be on May 4th.

The show will be headlined by a tag team match, with Kazuchika Okada & Hiroshi Tanahashi facing Jay White & Bad Luck Fale. As was announced at Dominion, new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay will defend his title against Robbie Eagles in Melbourne. Ospreay, who won this year's Best of the Super Juniors tournament, defeated Dragon Lee to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title at Dominion. Ospreay then went to the English commentary table and said that he wanted his first defence to be against Eagles. IWGP Tag Team Champions Guerrillas of Destiny will face Juice Robinson & Mikey Nicholls in a non-title match in Melbourne, and Rocky Romero is taking on El Phantasmo in a Best of the Super Juniors rematch

Night One of New Japan Pro-Wrestling's 15th annual Tokyo Dome event will feature the Dangerous Tekkers taking on The Guerrillas of Destiny for the IWGP Tag Team Championships, Kazuchika Okada facing off against Will Ospreay, and Tetsuya Naito defending his IWGP Heavyweight & IWGP Intercontinental Championships against Kota Ibushi.

King of Pro-Wrestling (2017) was a professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), which took place on October 9, 2017, in Tokyo at Ryōgoku Kokugikan. It was NJPW's biggest show between August's G1 Climax and January's Wrestle Kingdom 12 in Tokyo Dome. The top two matches featured Kazuchika Okada defending the IWGP Heavyweight Championship against Evil and Tetsuya Naito defending his status as the number one contender to the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 12 against Tomohiro Ishii. New Japan Pro Wrestling will be making its return to Ryogoku Sumo Hall on April 4th, 2021 for Sakura Genesis, an event that was once an annual fixture of the New Japan calendar. Due to both their trip to the US in 2019 and the Coronavirus Pandemic in 2020, this will be the first time in three years that this event will take place. As the beloved cherry blossoms fall at roughly 5 centimeters per second outside of the Sumo Hall, inside of it will be one of the most controversial shows in New Japan’s history as the first-ever IWGP World Heavyweight Championship defense will take place in the main event as Will Ospreay challenges Kota Ibushi.

G1 Special in USA Night 1 was a professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro-Wrestling that aired live on AXS TV and NJPWWorld. The show took place on July 1, 2017 in Long Beach, California at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. NJPW began an 8 man tournament for the inaugural IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion featuring Jay Lethal, "Hangman" Adam Page, Zack Sabre Jr., Juice Robinson, Tomohiro Ishii, Tetsuya Naito, Kenny Omega, and Michael Elgin. The main event was Kazuchika Okada vs Cody for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. The event's name refers to the annual G1 Climax tournament as these shows also served as a prelude to the 2017 G1 Climax.

NJPW 45th Anniversary Event took place on March 6, 2017 from the Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan. NJPW Anniversary Event celebrates the anniversary of the first event held by NJPW on March 6, 1972. The main event for the 45th Anniversary show was Kazuchika Okada taking on Tiger Mask W.

It was the twenty-eighth January 4 Tokyo Dome Show and the thirteenth promoted under the Wrestle Kingdom name. The card was composed of ten matches, including one occurring on the pre-show. In the main event, Hiroshi Tanahashi fought Kenny Omega for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. In other prominent matches, Chris Jericho defend the IWGP Intercontinental Championship against Tetsuya Naito, Taiji Ishimori took on Kushida for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship, Zack Sabre Jr. fought against Tomohiro Ishii for the British Heavyweight Championship, Jay White took on Kazuchika Okada, and Cody defended the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Juice Robinson.
