After falling out with his editor, a fading political journalist is forced to interview America's most popular soap actress.

Gorgeous Dutch youngster Max has two passions, acting and girls. The first becomes his brilliant career, which takes off so well he gets invited to a prestigious New York theatre course for a year. But since he met fickle bitch Phileine in an Utrecht park, his flirting life is cut short while she cruelly plays with his feelings rather then his horny body. After refusing to follow him, she turns up uninvited later and still acts jealous and possessive. Grief follows for everyone, working up to a convoluted finale.

In this imaginative independent drama, Angela (Chloé Winkel) is a French art student living in Germany who loves to draw comics and creates elaborate tales drawn in a soft and romantic style. One night, Angela meets Yamamoto (Jon Yang), a club DJ from Japan, who invites her to come to Tokyo with him. Infatuated with Yamamoto, Angela impulsively agrees, and is soon sharing an apartment with a handful of Western expatriates who work at a nightclub where Japanese businessmen drink, sing karaoke, and date the "hostesses" for a fee.

Vox Populi is a black comedy about an experienced politician suffering from a midlife crisis. When he comes into contact with the common-man's logic of his new in-laws, this has a far-reaching effect on both his political and his personal life.

Law student Thijs shares a house in which every room is the HQ of constant cruising for one night stands, relationships are considered a waste of lives. Thijs now remembers his old ambition to start his own restaurant, but can't get a bank loan- until Ben recommends Thijs, the till then reluctant best man, to his in-laws-to-be as MC for the society wedding of the year, Sir is pleased to hear the extravaganza budget 'reduced' to 150,000 Euros. Then Cupid's arrow hits Thijs himself and Susan, but when the banker tells dad Bekooy he's totally inexperienced and poor, it all crumbles down. Yet the boy bravely perseveres...
