After witnessing a strange explosion, Shinnosuke Tomari is later visited by a young man claiming to be his son Eiji Tomari from the year 2035. Eiji warns Shinnosuke that a year from now, Mr. Belt's AI will go berserk and lead to the Roidmudes overtaking humanity. However, Shinnosuke cannot immediately deal with this new information when the evil Kamen Rider Dark Drive also comes from the future, causing enough mayhem that leads to Shinnosuke being framed for it and becoming the public's most wanted.

Five flashy Roidmudes seem to be causing a “thick air” event, and when Shinnosuke goes to investigate, turns out the problem was being caused by a yokai. After arresting the red one, Shinnosuke starts interrogating. He claims to be a ninja fighting yokai and that he’ll show Shinnosuke. While this uneven pair squabble, Kyuemon Izayoi and the Roidmudes were putting a terrible plan in progress.

Gaim: It begins on the planet Kouta and Mai reside. Suddenly a mysterious enemy appears, then heads for their friends back in Zawame City. What is the enemies’ plan to release the curse of the Over Lords and Helheim? This being has even driven Kouta, who has become an existence like-God. In the year 1716 a mysterious epidemic stickens men in the country of Japan, dropping the population of men to 1/4th of its prior state. With the drastic reduction of men, the gender roles have become reversed in Japan. Woman become the dominant members of society and males are sought out for the ability to produce children. A young man named Unoshin Mizuno (Kazunari Ninomiya) hopes to marry childhood sweetheart Onobu (Maki Horikita), but due to class differences realizes this is almost impossible. To raise his social status and also save his poor family, Unoshin Mizuno enters the Ohoku (inner chambers of the Shugun's castle) and attempts to vie among 3,000 other men for the affection of the female shogun. What Unoshin Mizuno quickly learns about the Ohoku is that the men there are all beautiful, but highly ambitious and conniving. In this environment, the 7th shogun Tokugawa passes away and the new shogun Yoshimune Tokugawa (Kou Shibasaki) takes the thrown and enters the Ohoku.

Justice Hunter and Massive Monster quarrel all over the Drive Pit, and it is not the first time it happened. Mr Belt, however, notes that despite this, or because of this, they form a formidable due when it really counts. It seems that our heroes will soon see it first-hand, as a Roidmude with personal grudge with the Kamen Rider AND Shinnosuke comes back to enact his revenge! On the way to visit Shun, who didn't attend class, Hiroshi and Anna are drawn by a mysterious butterfly and enter the big house “Jail House”. They get lost and wander around the house. Meanwhile, Takuro, Mika and Takeshi, who bullies Shun, enter the “Jail House” to test their courage.

Chuya, who spends his days in a local city without any purpose or dream, suddenly decides to go to Tokyo. His best friends: J, Gizmo, and Machida, from high school try to hold a big farewell party on the last day that Chuya spends locally, but Chuya remembers the past. It seems that he is clinging and hesitating to move. There, the three make a proposal for Chuya, but Yumiko, a longing senior who should be active as an entertainer in Tokyo, appears, and Chuya's heart shakes even more.
