Brian is convinced that he is Stewie's real father, until Stewie learns that the man is actually himself as an adult, taking a vacation from his own time period. Baby Stewie visits thirty years later to discover that his adult self, going by the name Stu, is a single blue-collar middle-aged virgin working at a Circuit City-type store. Meanwhile, Peter and Lois are trying to teach their two older kids, Meg and Chris, to date. In the future, Chris, who hasn't changed much, is working as a cop and is married to a foul-mouthed hustler named Vanessa. Meg is now called Ron, since she had a sex-change after college. In Pompeii and Circumstance, the gang's Italian vacation is interrupted by misdeeds in teh ancient city of Pompeii, leading to an ominous visit into the mouth of th no so dormant Vesuvius. And finally, the gang goes to Paris to see Daphne's cousin become a model, but only to discover she's been abducted by a giant gargoyle in Ready To Scare.

Numbuh 1 disguises as Billy while Billy is taken to the Deep Sea Lab. Mandy arrives at Billy's house and knows Numbuh 1 is not Billy, and tortures him into revealing the truth. Meanwhile, the Delightful Children From Down the Lane and Billy accidentally fuse with the scythes power to create the Delightful Reaper, and Mandy takes over the KND by fooling Numbuh 362 and the rest of the operatives. Now its up to Numbuh 1 and the Grim Reaper to save KND and stop Mandy and the Delightful Reaper.
