Eventually, the charismatic religious leader KH Zainuddin MZ succeeds in mediating the conflict, and even influences the conglomerate owner, Bustomi (WD. Mochtar), to rethink his plans. The land conflict theme of this film is interesting in that it reflects the social issues arising out of the rapid pace of development of the time. This may be Rhoma Irama’s best film, even though it was not very popular.

Madrim, a porter, feels that he is the most unfortunate man on earth. His friend, Kadir, a mushola (an Islamic prayer place) keeper suggests that he pray diligently. Madrim follows this advice but his fate does not change. Madrim then thinks of robbery. The Warkop DKI team - Dono, Kasino, Indro – returns with two female friends, Winny and Anita, to manage an ugly old hotel, and transform it into a proper hotel. Pras’ parents ask Tika’s parents to allow them to marry. Tika, who is very much in love with Pras, agrees although her parents oppose. Pras takes Tika to live in the fishermen’s village. He wants to contribute to the village. Tika hides her pregnancy although Pras is aware and pretends not to know. Death finally comes but Tika is relieved as Pras has enjoyed his life.
