He thinks if he wins the election that would help those poor students by reestablish the rules and condition of the scholarship. As usual, many humorous and incidents of Boonchu and his friends happen during the election campaign.

Soccer coach Byrd is persuaded by teacher Noo Lek to help coach ten of the school's kindergarteners students for a tug-of-war tournament being staged as part of the 18th National Kindergarten Sports Competition.
