A creature of ancient legend manifests, bound to protect the ecological balance of the land and killing anyone that threatens it. There exists an ancient manuscript still writing itself called the Lexicon. It supposedly tells of the coming of the Anti-Christ, and happens to fall into the hands of an unsuspecting woman. Now, she is being pursued by angels intent on obtaining the information from the book.

It’s Jolie’s first time going back home to Louisiana since her devastating break-up with Foster Burke. An unfortunate chain of events forces Milton Young to give up his dream of playing professional baseball and return home to the town he fought hard to escape. Once home, Milton faces insurmountable economic and personal hardships, only to be faced with an even greater challenge: defending himself against a Tragic crime that could send him to prison for life.
