1980s. Brazilian television exploding in color and auditorium programs not so politically correct. In the middle of this fervor, Augusto Mendes, a young rising actor, seeks his place in the sun. From porn studios to soap operas, he finally finds success and fame when he becomes "Bingo", a TV host clown from one of the audience leader TV shows for children. It turns out that behind the rice powder and red nose, nobody knows who he is.

Luiz Gonzaga decides to change his destiny and leaves his childhood home for the big city to overcome a romance. When he arrives, he meets a woman he falls in love with, the Odaleia (Nanda Costa). After the birth of his son and his wife's health complications, he decides to return to the road to ensure a better future for his son. He has a friend in Rio de Janeiro and with him leaves the little one and heads to Brazil. He didn't imagine that this distance between them would develop into a complicated relationship, enhanced by the strong personalities of both. Based on conversations between father and son, this is the story of Luiz Gonzaga, a singer and accordion player known as Rei do Baião or Gonzagão.

A young physician coordinating the transfer of patients between state-run hospitals in the city of Rio de Janeiro struggles with a mystery: a patient goes missing one night and completely disappears from the system. As the doctor attempts to find out the truth, he slowly loses his sense of reality.

He decides to follow his friends advice and hire a lover to his wife, the womanizer Corvo (Domingos Montagner), in hopes that she gets involved with him and ends their marriage.

Laura is hired as a teacher of two orphans who live on their uncle’s farm, in the countryside of 20th century Rio de Janeiro. Gradually, she notes that the children are under the influence of evil spirits and strives to find out what is behind this mystery. As Laura gets more involved with the situation, the more enigmatic the ambiguous behavior of the kids seems.

After 20 years of marriage, Ana Lúcia and her husband Fábio decide to get a divorce. Fábio, however, decides to move to an apartment across the street, in front of the window of his former apartment - where Lúcia still lives. Both will have to learn how to deal with job crisis, problems with their daughter and this whole new situation.

A married couple lives peacefully with two children until the husband starts getting violent.
