After dropping out of her university's dance crew, a working-class student finds inspiration in tai chi for her own unique style of street dancing.

The story revolves around Ah Ying, a young girl who was kidnapped and declared missing for over a decade. She suddenly returns to her family after 12 years, and older sister Ning Jing soon discovers that something is wrong with Ah Ying. It turns out Ah Ying has been carrying out crimes on the orders of her abductor, and Ning Jing employs the help of friendly police officer to unravel her younger sister’s conspiracy.

Set in Hong Kong in the 1980s, the film follows a fisherman’s son who rises to become a powerful tai pan.

Internet songwriter Chow (Cherry Ngan) is gifted with an extraordinary retentive memory. She never forgets anything she has heard. One day, she was kidnapped by Yung (Ronald Cheng), a street punk, to a remote fish raft so desolate that an escape plan seems to be a mission impossible. In the hope to flee with the only ability she has, Chow offers to give a spiritual music therapy to the rather maniacal kidnapper. What happens next is beyond anyone’s imagination – the two who have nothing in common begin to form an intimate bond and connection through music.
